No cancellation once order confirmation is issued.

If in any case, you need to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee which is 80% equivalent of the total cost of your order.

For long dop’s, I will send a reminder before the due to avoid late payments.

Late payment = 50 PHP per day.

I can only extend a maximum of 7 days late payment before I will offer it to others.

I will pack your items based on the packaging fee you paid for. Packaging materials are expensive so please avoid the ones that are unsuitable for your item.

Items may only be held in storage for a maximum of 1 month from the date of arrival. Unclaimed items will be resold or disposed and no refund will be given.

I am not liable for any damages, delay, or loss once I shipped out your parcel but I'll make sure to pack your orders securely.
